On Premise Private Events

Welcome to Private Dining at the Jamesport Manor Inn. We are delighted that you are considering our restaurant to be the venue for your special personal celebration or business function.

The Jamesport Manor Inn has three private dining rooms. Each room has been designed with the intent to offer our guests a choice of venues to make their event truly personal.

The Parlor, located on the first level will accommodate up to 36 guests. The Parlor boasts the main fireplace at the Manor and two cozy alcoves. Larged paned windows with southern and western exposures bring the sunset over farm fields and nurseries to you, allowing for a true "at home" dining experience to your gathering.

The Gallery, located on the second level, will accommodate up to 50 guests. The Gallery displays artwork from local artists selected by the East End Arts Council. Art displays are changed quarterly. Four classic 2nd Empire Style dormered windows provide wonderful views of our North Fork landscape. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace creates warmth for your celebration.

Also, located on the 2nd level, the Jonathan Dimon Room will accommodate up to 24 guests. Two dormered windows, providing northern and southern exposures, classic lighting, wainscotting, custom period wood flooring and local artwork create a perfect venue for your truly "private" party.

When reserving a private dining room there is no room rental fee. You will be charged based on your personalized menu and the number of guests in attendance. We have provided sample Table Service Lunch and Dinner menus for your viewing (click here). However, we are always delighted to have the opportunity to work with you in creating a one of a kind, four or five course menu with our chef. 

You may prefer Buffet Service for your event.  Our chef has provided a selection of buffet items for your viewing (click here).  Or you may choose to include a cocktail hour with passed Hors D'oeuvres (click here), a Cheese and Bread Board, or a Tuscan Table.  Prices will vary in accordance with your menu selections. Our wine specialist will be pleased to customize a wine pairing for your menu as well.

For special events we have prepared sample menus to assist you in your decision-making process.  Menus for Wedding and Baby Showers (click here), Rehearsal Dinners

Our Maitre D' service includes coordination of individual beverage requests, floral service and custom linen and table setting requrements. We will print menus for your event and will be pleased to incorporate logos per your request.

Off Premise Catered Events

The Jamesport is pleased to provide our community with complete Off Premise Catering Services.   Off Premise catering allows you and your guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the East End.  We are equipped to bring our kitchen to your venue, be it your home, property, a vineyard or waterfront setting.  Attached you may view our Buffet Menu (click here) and our Plated Service Menu (click here).  We can customize your event to just what you had in mind.  For example, a raw bar during cocktail hour, Mediterranean Pasta Station or Wok Station.  Click here to view these Manor Additions. 

Our event coordination services include site planning, tenting, rental requirements, bar service and floral design.  All inclusive pricing is available upon request.
